All orders are processed for shipping within 2 business days or less. From there, we wait for the courier to pick up your order to bring to you!

Expedited shipping on orders is for your order to be shipped expedited. This does not guarantee that your order will be rushed through queue or processed sooner.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information.

MoxieLash is not responsible for customs fees determined by government regulations. Shipping fees are fees associated with your delivery courier, not customs regulations.

Great question. We're sad to understand that you would like to cancel your order, but MoxieLash is always happy to take this request. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped out of our warehouse already.

Any orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled as these orders cannot be recalled back to the warehouse. Please reach out to our support team, at support@moxielash.uk, for more assistance in this matter.
